The aim of this Online Consultation is to provide you with a FREE initial assessment of your suitability for Breast Augmentation. The principal benefit to you of this online consultation is that if for any reason you are unsuitable, then you have avoided the travel, cost, and time of a formal consultation with Dr Mayson.

Upon receipt of your completed form, Dr Mayson will assess your suitability and we will email back to you his opinion. Although not absolutely necessary, adding photographs of your breasts (without face for privacy reasons) will enable Dr Mayson to provide you with a more accurate assessment.

This box allows you to convey to Dr Mayson any additional comments as to exactly what aspects of your current breast appearance you would like to improve as well as the ‘look’ you hope to achieve.

e.g. Prior to having children I was happy with the size of my breasts. However, after breast-feeding I have lost breast volume, especially in the upper halves of my breasts and I would like to restore that lost volume without looking obvious that I’ve had surgery.

If Dr Mayson considers you are suitable for Breast Augmentation we shall be in contact to make you an appointment for a Consultation. Please note that your lengthy consultation is entirely with Dr Mayson and not by a Registered Nurse or other Staff Member.
